I experienced getting either bad or more likely fraudulent Mfg OEM Mopar oil and fuel filters a while back. The customer service representative eventually hung up on me with myself getting any resolution from eBay. The eBay representative ( Ani) only suggestion was to do a dispute through my credit card company using the excuse the purchase was more than 30 days old, then as I continued to request that eBay should have the the intgrity to pursue the issue, the representative end the call abruptly.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I tried buying a car. I paid $800. Then they wanted $1000 for insurance (that is supposedly refunded once delivered). Now they are asking for another $1000 for some type of customs taxes. No thank you. Now I am out of $1800. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Purchase a flex pipe for a 2010 Honda Accord, ad stated it was direct fit. Received item on time although it was an inch and a half shorter than the original. EBay will allow you to leave a good review immediately upon receipt but you must wait 7 days to leave a negative review. I will never use eBay Motors again. The seller offered for me to send the item back for a complete refund although that was not possible because I live alone it is my only vehicle and I had to cut and reweld the rear two exhaust hangers to make this item fit. You get what you pay for

A total joke being run by a pathetic system that is fraudulent, not customer friendly, and falsifies suspensions without cause. They have offered zero information on how to resolve and for what reason my account was locked out. If you ever have the chance to visit their headquarters (I have) you will clearly see the problem. DEI punks that could care less about the customer. They hide behind the curtain like some kind of omnipotent god. I tried to list a Harley Davidson motorcycle but my account was suspended for some unknown reason. I believe their practices are discriminatory, malicious and likely in violation state and federal consumer protection laws. They also use a bogus vin number and plate number verification company that bounced the vin number for being false.

I had high hopes but ebay motors is complete garbage. So to start I ordered 5 parts. The first 5 I messed up the address by not putting the apt letter. Because of this 3 packages got returned to sender, 1 package got delivered to a random apartment (which that person stole) and 1 was delivered successfully. I got my refund for 3 of the 4 items not delivered. I will take the fault for that since I made a typo. What I will not tolerate is that I reordered those 4 items. 2 items got delivered successfully, 1 got returned to sender, and 1 is missing. After trying to get a refund for both, I have not gotten a response. In fact one of the sellers doesn’t even have an option for a refund. So now I'm out 80 dollars from the original order, and these 2 orders that are missing/returned to seller.

I purchased a Throttle body for my 2019 Chevy Malibu. I got two different times and date that the item was delivered but no pictures for proof of delivery. I have contacted the seller and all they did was message me back that the item was delivered. eBay didn’t even try to help me so I had to go to my bank and dispute the charge then eBay closed my complaint.

I ordered a $17 part from a vendor on eBay and was shipped to another state. I left a bad review as I never received the part. Started a dispute with my credit card company and ebay closed the case cause of this. Ebay never posted my bad review.

Horrible customer service. Do not follow their own printed rules. I "sold" an item; the buyer paid deposit but not the balance. Rules said I could cancel after 72 hours, which became 4 calendar days, which became - from customer service - try it again in 3 or 4 hours.

Recently purchased a car that only had one owner. Good price made by previous owner. Too many hidden fees. Delivered to the wrong address and refused to deliver to the correct address. Never got the car. Car was only a few minutes away from my correct address. Lost my money and now I'm pressing charges. Bad customer service. They are not to be trusted and they steal. Need to be put out of business.

They Allow people to bid on your products And when they win the auction, they don't have to buy them and you cannot leave bad feedback. The site is not user friendly anymore for collector cars on all categories.

I've been a long time buyer and seller of vehicles on eBay and just recently sold an antique CJ5 on there. From my personal experience eBay customer service has always taken care of any questions or concerns I've had timely and professionally. As a buyer you have built in protection from eBay and also the new to me escrow services add an extra layer of protection. What I value about eBay is the feedback system which tells you a lot about who you are dealing with. I recommend eBay to my family and friends and will continue to use their services myself.

I ordered the wrong item and tried to cancel the purchase seconds after ordering, the customer rep keep telling me to click on a link but none ever existed. Either the rep didn't know what they were doing or it was a trick so they wouldn't possibly lose a sale. I personally think it was a scam to avoid a sale loss which really pissed me off. I will never order any more items from such a crappy company. (I only wanted to upgrade the purchase so you lost even more.)

So I bought a 30,000 mile rebuilt titled Cadillac out of a dealer in Florida Discount Luxury Motors. I got a car that wasn’t as described! I received a title that can’t be transferred. It has been jumped from numerous dealers over and over on the back names crossed out. In fact, they had to cross out the last sale and then write my name over the top of it, the seller has never completed the sale, even though I contacted eBay, told them I had a receipt for a wire transfer. The card has been paid for. I had it in my possession. They won’t make the seller to complete the sale so I can leave negative feedback. I think they actually get extra money out of the seller for doing something like this.

I bought that part and mailed totally wrong part. I mailed back the part and applied for refund. Seller said they refund my money and is not true, eBay said they refund and is not true, now seller is not even answering my messages, they stole my money!!! I NEVER BUY from eBay!! They steal your money!!

Ebay Motors is NO GOOD, tried to buy a computer for my car, paid no problem but never received the part I paid for. Ridiculous customer service, ran me around. Impossible to get money back. DO NOT BUY FROM EBAY MOTORS SITE. It a SCAM and you will not get money back.

On Dec 3rd, we paid $520.00 to Ebay FSBO and was guaranteed by Jacob ** that he would get our RV sold within the 9 days when it goes live on their website. We were also told that someone one would check in with us every couple of days. We heard nothing from anyone, until Josh ** called us & feed us a bunch of crap that he would get our RV SOLD. He talked us into another $372.00 on Dec. 16th. He told both myself & my wife that they would have better customer service & they would have our Motorhome sold quickly because they had BUYERS lined up to buy it. Well, it's now March 8th & we have never heard from anyone about how the sale is going. Jacob ** & Josh ** don't care about you or your vehicle, once they get your money you are a GHOST. PEOPLE WHO READ THIS, DO NOT USE EBAY FSBO TO SELL YOUR VEHICLE OR RV. THEY ARE A RIP-OFF A TOTAL OF $892.00 DOLLARS WORTH OF LIES.

I ordered a part from Ebay motors, the part was wrong, but the seller refused to take it back, Ebay Motors closed the return request as soon as i got the email stating this seller refused to take it back, no explanation from Ebay or the seller, seller's name 'fellcomfortzone', I am out $52.43, and can't use this part, so anyone reading this review please remember this seller's title and please do not buy anything this person has for sell on Ebay, I definitely will never order from Ebay ever again, I just hope people reading realizes this before they lose money like I did.

Heard quite a few great things about eBay, but honestly never bought anything from them. Was given the suggestion by a male friend of mine to go onto eBay motors to purchase two car parts that I need for one of my vehicles. Made an account and downloaded the app to my phone, just to get an email that they permanently banned/suspended my account due to suspicious activity all I’m trying to figure out is what type of suspicious activity what could I have done by downloading the app and making an account to raise suspicion? I just thought it was very inconsiderate and kind of childish, because they had all of my information, who gives their real contact information just to make an account for scamming or to do something illegal? It’s OK I accept and will take my business elsewhere.

Customer service is non existent. Issues with misleading product descriptions and "no refunds allowed" is a nightmare to get a refund even with the 30days policy. Product said "cosmetic issues, that all" They say " 30 guarantee, and we will quickly get your money back" But that is not true, with no customer service agents; the process is time consuming and a challenge. This has now happened twice to me. I will not be using this service for anymore parts or accessories. elusive customer service

Got ripped off by a mainland Chinese seller, autotriminusa, for $29. Purchased a chrome exhaust tip for my 21 Highlander. The part was installed properly as evidenced by the photographs provided to the seller at their request. The exhaust tip fell off during the test drive and I was not able to find out when I retraced my route. The part was defective and poorly designed. Ebay Motors refused to give me a refund. Do not buy from Ebay Motors or autotriminusa.
