Sylvia of Houston, TX July 24, 2008

Sylvia of Houston TX (07/24/08)
I purchased an unlimited carfax reports,in desperation to find report history on my vehicle since we've been having problems with our vehicle since we took it out the lot. We suspected it might had been in a wreck before and we were trying to find that out. When we ran the vin on carfax it said there was thirteen reports, so that's why we purchased, and when we did, it didn't give us the reports. It's been very fustrating when we are having car problems and people are trying to scam you. I'm just trying to get what I paid for.

We still have no information and a car problems. Also there is no contact number for them.

I signed up for unlimited service. I only found one place to login. I got one report and could not find another place to login. All that comes up is a place to purchase your product. You must make it easier to login and not try to sell your customers another product. It is very frustrating!!!!

You're wasting my time, and maybe my money. I am VERY dissatisfied at this moment. I will be reluctant to subscribe to your service again!!!

06/26/2008 Carfax shows an accident multiple points of impact for the car I'm selling. The right rear bumper was dented in a minor non-reportable parking lot incident. Police Report and Officer narrative confirm. Carfax scares off buyers with a lie they won't correct.

Mark of Athens, AL June 26, 2008

Mark of Athens, AL (06/26/08)
I have recently relocated and had a title transfered from another state. Alabama recorded the milage from Virginia wrong-a simple typo. They typed a 3 instead of an 8.

Carfax records show that the car had a roll back of the speedometer. The car is a garage kept 2003 mustang GT with 17000 miles. In excellent condition. I can not sell or trade this vehicle for what blue book says it is worth. I have corrected the title in Alabama carfax needs to correct this issue online. The value of this vehicle has dropped several thousand dollars.
