Wally of Livermore, CA October 21, 2009 On December 16th I purchased a used 2008 Saturn Outlook from this dealership. I originally was going to buy new but was talked into buying a used vehicle. Within 2 weeks after buying the car the first large rains came, I noticed a leak on the inside of the vehicle. The dealership attempted to find and fix the leak. They have been unable to find the leak. I have had the car in the dealership more than 5 different times for this same leak. They are still unable to find the leak. When I bought the car they told me they could have after market leather and a DVD installed. They also offered me a manufacturers warranty added to the car at time of purchase. After all the problems they finally agreed to take the car back per the Lemon Law. They told me I would have to pay them $2500 for them to take the car back since I had the after market items installed and added the warranty. I obviously was unable to do this! Now here we are in another rainy season and with the first rains my car is leaking again. The dealership is now refusing to give me a loaner vehicle while they attempt to find the leak. So they are renting me a car for $30 a day. Daniel of Lathrop, CA January 9, 2006 Bought a used Saturn form the dealership (traded in a 2000 BMW 323 and a 2000 Mustang). The Saturn my wife and I purchased had a broken tailight and was brought back to have fixed. At this point in time they said that I broke it when I tried replacing the bulb. I just found out that this is a recall issue as the taillights in the 2001 Saturn L300 4 dr. sedan are being replaced due to other problems. Instead of notifying me about this, they said there is nothing they can do and let me on my way. I spoke with Darryl the service manager and he pretty much said go ahead and complain, that he doesn't care. Secondly: Bought a a used Chevy Tahoe (2002) on October 5th of 2005. The transmissions/transfer case broke on 01/07/06, called Saturn service (affiliated with Hummer of PLeasanton in which we bought the vehicle from). I called Saturn Service where I spoke with Bryan again, he said that he cannot help and what do i want him to do about it. An extended warranty WAS purchased from them and yet he refused to assist by looking the information up as I was stranded on the side of the road. They left me on hold for apprximately 10 minutes until I hung up to get a tow truck. The vehicle was towed to the local Chevrolet dealership where the warranty canbe covered from.
