before purchasing the vehicle. they promise to fix the problems with the car. but i took the car back four times in a month and the same situation still occurs with the car. none of the employees are there willing to help. everytime i take the car there they take it to the hyundai dealership to repair. Luis the used car manager was the one that sold us the car but never made one attempt to help us with the problem. Not once!!!! he made a phone call to us and help. They gave us the run around all the time.

I took the car back again today and a service advisor name John Spears took a test drive today with me and did notice the problem with the car. He later then ask the mechanic floor man to have him drove the car and indeed they both notice the car had major problem with the car and that it should been able to drive. I don't understand why a major car dealership like hardin honda will sell me a car that the mechanics' said it's not driveable? please be advised. They said they will fix the convertable roof for me and never did it right. it keep ripping and ripping. More and more each time they fix it.
