I ordered the part back on 3-12-11 and was told it only took 3 to 5 days. Three months later after calling and so on, still no part. I told my wife to order from the dealer by where she works and got the part in 5 days. My wife and I paid cash for the car from Crown Motors but we will not buy anymore. Awful service!

I bought vehicle from Thomas ** on 05/05/11. Found ad on Craig's list. Thomas ** stated car was a repossession from Texas that sat up for 4 months and brought to him by American Eagle wrecker service. The bill of sale had American Eagle Wrecker Service on it. Since I bought the car it has broken down on 5 different occasions. On 3 of those occasions, the car had to tow. Three tow fees cost $60.00 each time. Not to mention $1700.00 extra I have put in the car tomorrow try to keep it running. Less than two weeks after the 4th time it broke down. I took the car to a trusted mechanic.

He said and showed the PVC hose to me where it was the wrong hose and it was pinched together keeping the positive vacuum from working. The car was ready to blow a head gasket. He checked the gas tank for me because of the overwhelming smell of gas when I filled the car up. He took off the gas tank and fuel pump. He showed me both which I still have are covered in rust. He also stated the gas tank had water in it and from the look of the car from underneath and the trunk of the car there is a rust line appearing that it was submerged under water.

The mechanic at Crown Motors said he took off the tank when I complained about it the fourth time I took it in to have a new alternator put in, said the gas tank had a crack in it and that it was poorly made by Honda. The trusted mechanic I took found no crack in the tank but showed me when a metal disk was improperly placed that caused the gas to slosh out.
