William of Eatonville WA (8/7/03):
2002 Buick Rendezvous purchased new August 25, 2002. In the first nine months, in dealer shop for warranty repairs 6 times, a total of 15 days. Problems included: rear park assist failed, would not start several times, OnStar failed, end gate would not open, and theft deterrent system failed.

Parts replaced include two rear park assist modules, ignition switch, body control module (two times), and transmission range sensor. Asked Buick to buy it back or replace it. May 19, 2002 letter (certified mail) to Buick never answered; June 26, 2003 letter to GM customer relations manager never answered; July 25, 2003 letter to GM CEO answered by telephone. Will not replace, continue to repair under warranty.

Denise of Lemon Grove CA (7/3/03):
I purchased a new 2002 Buick Rendevous and have been having repeated problems with it not starting, service lights flashing, stalling, and completely not turning over at times. It has been in the shop about four times for the same problems. First they could not find the problem, then they changed parts, then they changed the entire computer system!! The day I picked it up after the computer system was changed, it stalled off and on on my way home and then completely died! I mean nothing!

I had to have it towed back to their shop. It is still there. I feel this car is plagued with a computer virus and want my money back.

Mike of Tallahassee FL (6/7/02):
I bought a new Buick Century. Every couple weeks I get a popping noise and now I get a rubbing noise as I turn the steering wheel. It has gone back to the dealer at least 7 times. Everytime I talk with them about the problem I get a different answer. Now I am being told by them that I need to get it fixed while the car is under warrenty. The car is a 2000 model and has 34000 miles. I purshased a different extended warrenty from the dealer after I bought the car. Why should I have to pay for something that has never been fixed?
