Prec of Yonkers writes:

I brought my car in for service due to a repeating warranty problem. This was in August of 1999. When I went back to pick up my car, I saw that it fell off the lift and it was flipped over. They said that they will fix the car as if it were new again.

It took awhile for them to fix it. When I finaly got it back, It had a terrable job done to it. Parts were uneven, paint is chiping, there are noises underneath the vehicle. I went back many times since I got the car back and they have turned me away, stating that the vehicle is fine and it can't be fixed any better.

I am unable to sell the car because of the damage. The car shakes and makes noises, the paint job looks terrible. I get headaches because I'm still paying off the car and its not even worth that much anymore because of the damage. I am very stressed because I don't know what to do, so much time is going by and people tell me that the dealer is bigger then me. Please help me by telling me what I can do. Body shops do not want to get involved with estimates, because the job was so badly done it would be a headache for them to fix it.

Prec should immediately find a lawyer and sue for the damage done to his property.
