I have already filed a complaint on this car dealer with ConsumerAffairs.Com and I have receeved a response back as far as taking this dealer to small claims court. I am in the process of doing this.

I would like for this companies name to be placed on your web site so that other consumers can see it and be warned of this car dealer.   This dealer is still advertising for business on WYZE Gospel Radio Station. Please alert other consumers to be aware.

Inspite of the contract that this car dealer and I have for them to pay off my trade they are still refusing to payoff, because they are having financial trouble. Therefore my credit has been ruined because the lien holder is still holding me responsible . This dealer has sold the car but has failed to pay the lien holder off.
