Purchased extended warranty for vehicle. Car needed servecing. Took car to dealer. Dealer contacted Heritage and repair was approved. I had to pay because Heritage said they would pay me. It has been over three months and I'm still waiting for my money. We contacted the company and a person by the name of Sandra informed us that they had approved the repair. When asked as to when we would get the money due to us, Sandra siad she did not know and that they were in no hurry to pay us. I'm still owed close to 250.00

I purchased a 2001 jetta tdi at camalback Volkswagen .@ 28k miles in oct 2004. Last month I brought my vehicle to the dealership for a/c problems. The dealership informed me that they hav approval for around 1800. and that I was responsible for around 400. more to get the car repaired properly. I Learned to discover that they did not get payment from them directly via credit card accounts and that I was now responsible for the complete bill and would have to get them to pay me. This really looks like a highly illegal insurance and wire fraud in MY OPINION.

And if, I am not claiming criminal because this is only my opinion, I am no lawyer, sence these so called adjuster agents that approved and entered into an agreement to cover repairs with my dealership state that they are working as an agent, then if this is a fraud then i would imagine that it is a crime in progress. I am making no accusations at this point, this is only my opinion, but I would like to speak to an attorney who would like to some work. If I remember correctly that a manufactures liability goes up the latter in franchises currently doing business as Volkswagen of America. The contract was sold to me at Camel back Volkswagen in Phoenix. I would like to know what an attorney would think about this, I would like to know if I am a victim of a crime.

I have been scammed by Heritage Administration Services, Inc. and Dimension Service's processing claims company. I have the same story as all the other people who have complained. An approved repair that was covered under a warranty that I purchased that I have seen NO refund for. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I also call Dimension Service weekly to see the status. They give me no information other than Heritage has received the claim. They owe me 1,015. The government needs to shut them down!!! This is FRAUD!!!

I have not received reimbursement payment which has been filed more than 60 days after proof of loss, as govern on Heritage Service Contract, under title: Other Important Contract Provisions.

Please be informed that I have contacted Heritage Administration Services, Inc. several times, spoke with different representatives (Teresa/Cynthia/Sandra/Leslie/Jack), and I always get the same answer to my question: Your Reimbursement Status has been Approved and Wait to be Paid.

I have requested their help and kindness to expedite the reimbursement process; however they didn't have any idea of how long it's going to take, and they do not have The Heritage's person in charge nor department phone number for me to follow-up my case, either. 1,283.72

5 yr auto warranty purchased 11-17-03 at the Auto Store in Merced California. Covered 2001 Town and Country used vehicle purchased with 45234 miles. Took vehicle in for warranty service 11-12-08. Heritage authorized service Auth #L08-30098-506. I paid 350 and Heritage was to pay 505.75. They have not paid the dealship and now I must pay the dealship which repaired the vehicle: Razzari Dodge-Chrysler at 1605 Auto Center Drive, Merced CA. 95340-5675. Called the number provided and this is a 3rd party administrator that can give me no information how to contact Heritage. On the web I found 8055 "O" Street, Lincoln, NE may be the address. Can't confirm.

In May 2004 I purchased a vehicle from a dealer in Olympia Washington and the dealer suggested Heritage for an Extended Warranty. I paid 1500.00 dollars for the Insurance and then when I attemped to use it for the first time a few months before the warranty expired they scammed me out of nearly 1300.00. I have been calling the toll free number of the Administrative Services Company that say they do the Paperwork for many Extended Warranty company's. They say they authorized the payment and were waiting for Heritage to cut the check.

Its been over 3 1/2 months now and I am still not any closer to getting a check. I contacted the Iowa State Attorney Generals office with this issue and they are looking into it for me. I also contacted the Iowa Securities Bureau and they told me that if a class action suit would be filed against this company I might receive pennies on the dollar.

Sounds like I have run out of people to contact and am pretty much resigned to my fate. I live on Social Security and can ill afford to lose this much money. When I stop and think of the 1500 I paid for the Insurance and then the 1300.00 due me my actual loss is 2800.00.

CHERYL of BRONX, NY June 26, 2009

I purchased a car on 2/21/2004 from Ums Auto Group. When i purchased my car i was asked would i like an extended warranty so i said yes then the dealership gave me the extended warranty from Heritage. I paid 1800.00 more in my car payments for my warranty.

Now on 5/12/2009 i bring my car in because i need a new fuel pump Todd from Manhattan Mazda told me that the claim was approved the # was E09-67396-614 and the total was 761.00. Now here it is in June I had to pay for my own car in order for mazda to release my car because they said that Heritage had not paid claims from last year. I got my car out on 6/26/2009.

I then called the coporate office of mazda and spoke to Jennifer and she was no help to me. I told her that a mazda dealer gave me this warranty so the dealership or the coporation should be responsible for this bogus warranty.

Suzanne of Atlantic Beach, NY May 29, 2009

I have had an Extended Warranty with Heritage since 10/25/05. In the beginning when my car needed repairs it would go the dealer and the dealer would them contact Heritage for approval and they would them pay the dealership and I would pay what they did not (i.e. deductible) as of 2008. I am now dealing with a handling company by the name of NASC in Dublin Ohio (Gordon). They are very non committal and offer no asssistance.

I have a claim in from Jan 2009 and no check has been issued. What they say is they received it and forwarded it to Heritage and then its out of their hands. There is no phone # to contact Heritage and payments are not forth coming. I am hacing to lay out the money and Heriatge is holding on to it as long as they legally can. It seems there are more than my complaint. What are you doing about this

Michael of The Colony, TX May 27, 2009

Paid 1500 for an "extended warranty" from Heritage Administrative Services Inc. Heritage approved repairs totaling 1041 in November 2008. I submitted a clim in December 2008 and have not been reimbursed to this day. When you call the company they will say its been submitted to their carrier for payment but they will not provide contact information for the payor or for managment at Heritage. The company is a fraud and is involved in wire fraud. 1500 financed for 5 years at 6.25% interest in addition to 1041 repair bill.

Corrie of Anchorage, AK May 14, 2009

In feb of 09' I had to take our truck into get it fixed. We've taken in to the same location as before and had no problems with getting it back and having the warranty pay them. Came to our surprise when we picked it up we were told that we had to pay them and then we had to wait for heritage to pay us. Seeing my husband and I have completely different work schedules its vitale for us to have too vehicles. Unfortunatly we didnt have 600 dollars, so we decided to put it on our credit card. Thinking it wouldnt take that long to get refunded our money.

A month went by and we had no refund check and a credit card that was accumulating interest. My husband and I have both called several times, and all they say is that is been processed were just waiting for the check to be sent. We had gotten a little money back from our taxes to pay it of, that was suppoed to go to a vacation.

Now my vacations coming up and i have very little money to go. Why did I even pay for this warranty? Such a headache. Hopefully this company wil be stopped soon. Its ridiculous that we cant even speak with them that we have to speak w/ people that dont even know what going on. Interest accrued on credit card.. Financially put me in a bind. Used the money for a vacation to pay of the credit card.
