David of PO Box 8469, Harrisburg, PA May 6, 2009

This Warranty Services just called (via an automatic dial system) into a dedicated telephone line between our BRP emergency ops center and one of our 5 nuclear power plant sites. When connected, I asked who this was, they said (car) Warranty Services, and when I asked where they were located, the guy hung up on me. Warranty Services tied up an vital emergency telephone line for a randone auto-dial tele-marketing car.

Constante Telemarketing-Even after followin the instruction to be place on no Call List-All Phones in my Name included all Cellular

Jeffrey of Twinsburg, OH May 5, 2009

they have called my cell phone every day for over 1 month

Christopher of Canton, MI May 5, 2009

This automotive warrenty company continuously calls my minor son on his cell phone to sell him an extended warrenty though he does not own a vehicle. He has on multiple occations asked them to stop calling, which they always verbally agree to do so. I asked him to get me the next time they called so I could talk to them.

I asked for the company name and the name of the person calling me. He stated the name of his company is "Warranty Services" and that his name is "J. Morrison", neither of which I could confirm. When I requested to speak to his supervisor he rudely stated "No" and hung up. They also regularly leave messages on my office voice mail. The most recent call came in on Tuesday, May 5 2009 at 3:19 p.m. EDT. These calls are harassing and needlessly upsets my son. It is my understanding that it is illegal to cold call cell phones. These calls consume our cell phone minutes.

CAROL of SALT LAKE CITY, UT May 5, 2009

I signed up for the car warranty with the verbal agreement that I could cancel my policy within 30 days and receive my deposit back. I did manage to cancel further payments on my American Express card by contacting the finance company with whom these folkd work, but, although I have called, and e mailed the warranty company, and left messages for them to contact me re the return of my deposit, they have not responded, and it has been impossible to get a hold of a live person with whom I might speak. The deposit was 395.00, and I really can't afford to lose that kind of money.

Warranty Services continues to call every single line i have under my name offering extended warranty service. my warranty is NOT about to expire! i AM on the do not call list! i demand to have this taken care of. i will not be continuously harassed.

Paul of Medford, NJ May 5, 2009

Same thing - every day - I get these calls on my personal cell phone, my work cell phone, my home lan line, now my work ext. A recording comes on saying that my warranty is about to expire on my car and to press 1 to talk to a representative. I do that and start asking them questions and they hang up. I try calling back the phone number from my cid and it is either invalid or too many digits or not enough digits or busy. These Call have got to STOP!!!

Paul of Tuftonboro, NH May 4, 2009

repeated calls, even though I am on the No Call List. Demand for my name.

Jennifer of West Chester , OH May 4, 2009

I have received calls for over a year on my CELL PHONE as well as my husband on a car we do not own. We have pressed the number asking for no calls in the future, still they come. Finally we have tried to talk to rep.'s and they automatically hang up on us when we ask for no return calls. Still they continue to call. I will be reporting this continual violation to the Federal Communications Commission. My number for one is a cell, for two it is on a do not call list, and three I have made numerous attempts to cease the calls. {Their] business practices used in telecommunications are highly unethical, and against the law.

Stephanie of San Diego, CA May 3, 2009

I have been getting the same phone call for months now--2 to 3 times a week. Each time telling me that my car warranty is about expire. I don't have any car warranties and I am on the Do Not Call list. It says if I push 2 my name will be removed from the list, so I push 2 but it doesn't work I get another call within a day or two.

So, the last time they called 4/30/09 I decided to play along with them so I could figure out who these people were. After giving them information (bogus) we got down to the point that they wanted me to send them 2090. When I questioned them about sending money to someone I didn't know, the person became irate and told me I had wasted his time. I shared with him that he had done the same thing to me by calling me over and over and not removing my name as I had requested. Then he told me to "go to [expletive] hell" and hung up. I was shocked at the language.
