Gerald of Rogers, OH May 11, 2009

This company continually calls me using several different numbers several times a week regarding the warrenty on my vehicle. I have repeatedly told them not to call, but they continue to do so. the continual harassment needs to be stopped.

Wendy of Sykesville, MD May 9, 2009

I recieve calls from "Warranty Services" several times a day, every day of the week. Of course, the number is blocked, so there's not much I can do! They want to sell me a warranty on a car I don't even have anymore. When I ask to be removed from their phone list, they hang up on me.

When I try to ask who's calling or get any info about the company, they hang up on me. After about 100 calls, I finally acted interested enough in the "warranty" to get some info out of the man on the phone, although he seemed very reluctant. The phone number does ring back to the Warranty Services office in California. It is more than bothersome to get multiple calls a day on your cell phone and not be able to put a stop to them.

Martha of Hainesport, NJ May 8, 2009

This company keeps calling all of our phones including our 4 cell phones multiple times even though we asked them to take us off there call list. All of our phones are on the do not call list, so we should not be getting these calls. When we start asking them questions, they hang up and the number that is left on our caller ID cannot be called because it is not a working number. The number is a number you can call to opt out, but even that does not work. We get these calls multiple times a day and all hours of the day and night. I am just afraid that they are going to scam some poor elderly person that does not know any better, I think an article needs to come out to warn our elderly community on these calls.

Jay of Marydel, DE May 8, 2009

For a company that is supposedly insolvent, they repeatedly call my house trying to sell me a warranty. I played their game today and asked about a warranty for a 2000 Toyota Solara with 223k miles. They hung. They call at least twice a day. The number in caller ID is supposedly disconnected when you try to call it back.

Debbie of Mechanicsville, VA May 8, 2009

This company has called my cell, work, home, family's phones, business (even the polycom in the lab), work blackberry. They have cost me by calling my cell phone; cell and home numbers are on the Do not Call Registry. This is a form of harrssment. When I question the rep that calls the guy (this time Richard) hung up on me. Minutes usage on my cell, issues with my employment because my phone(s) keep ringing in meetings.

John of Bedford, NH May 8, 2009

For over a week I have been getting calls; sometimes twice a day and always from different numbers. when answered a message played about my warranty being expired. I finally dialed the option to speak with someone and asked who the company was and to be removed from the list. I just did this so I do not know if they will honor my request. I do not know how they got my number. This was on my mobile number so there were charges for all calls received and for the time I had to hold to ask to be removed from the list. The biggest issue has been the aggravation.

Lisa of Oakton, VA May 8, 2009

I have received numerous phone calls from this company that my car warrenty was about to expire and this was my second notice or last notice to act on the expiration. If only it were the last call, they keep calling. Today I responded back to the number to find out more information about the company to report this scam.

Delia of New York, NY May 7, 2009

Getting calls a few times a week saying warranty about to expire on car & I must renew. I DON"T EVEN HAVE a CAR. I'm a student. I pressed 1 to speak to person and asked to be removed 7 said I don't have care so I don''t quite know what they are getting out f this, I doubt any more sales...I'm confused. when I pressed 1 the next time and spoke to "Alan" he hung up on me. Can't someone do something?

h of decatur, GA May 7, 2009

Constant harassing phone calls to two cell lines and a land line. After asking to be removed numerous times, being insulted and hung up on, I played along. Gave my name as 'Rachel Ray' and told them my car was a 2005 Mercedes 876XL (no such animal). My bogus name and car were immediately located in the computer and guess what? My manufactures warranty was on the verge of expiring. What cons. After doing exhausting research, I found this number for their office. I have been calling them 4 times to their one and hope that I drive then half as nuts as they have me for the past two years. My advice...have some fun, give them a call, or two.

David of PO Box 8469, Harrisburg, PA May 6, 2009

This Warranty Services just called (via an automatic dial system) into a dedicated telephone line between our BRP emergency ops center and one of our 5 nuclear power plant sites. When connected, I asked who this was, they said (car) Warranty Services, and when I asked where they were located, the guy hung up on me. Warranty Services tied up an vital emergency telephone line for a randone auto-dial tele-marketing car.
