How many times do we have to complain for these calls to stop coming in. After the prerecorded message they say press 1 to speak to a service rep. I have 3 times and told them to please stop calling when I told the operator that today she just hung up on me. Wow not only calling people they are not suppose to but they are rude also.

I have put a complaint in to the do not call registry, to you and to the attourny generals office maybe somebody will do something about this company

I received a call from this company and stayed on the line to tell them to put me on their no call list. The agent Joe was very rude and I informed him he was being disrespectful and unprofessional. He did not think he was and was arguing with me. I informed him I was not 2 yrs. old and furthermore my vehical is only 6 months old and that I knew the warrenty is not about to expire.

When I demanded to speak to his supervisor, after the third time I asked, he admitted he was calling from his phone. I asked for the company name and number, and after giving me the name he tried to beat around the bush with the number. I kept repeating over and over about him giving me the number when he said Do you have caller ID or can't you afford it? Needless to say I got angry. I have been trying to get through on that number but get a recording stating all circuits are busy.

I have a history of panic attacks and for the most part am able to control them now. This experience has set my health back. Up until this point I have been able to control my attacks without medication, but as of right now I'll be searching for the medication I have not taken in over 2 yrs.

This company continues to call me on my home office line after I have told them that we want to be removed from the list. We are also registered with the national do not call list. They continue to call 2-3 times per day. When you ask to speak to a manager or ask questions about the company I have been told to not waste their time and am hung up on or just hung up on in general.

They are calling on my home office line that I use for business. Their constant calls are harrassing as well as disruptive to my work. The calls need to stop.

I bought a warrany from a call dealership with this warranty. Not only did it take upwards of 4 hours for each question on a claim, some times it took more then 1 business day. The claims department refused to pay for items clearly stated as covered on the warranty. I also asked for a copy of all conversations about my claim, I've got documented proof of calls from my cell phone and emails that were never documented one of those calls I was placed on hold for over 40 minuts. The records are untrue and lies in some cases.

One such statement placed on this record is that I said I would lose my job, no such thing was said by me, my parents have a spare auto and I was using that and I had no fear of losing my job because this company did not want to approve covered items or not approve them. How can you have an agreement and the other person pick and choose which parts they want to uphold? Are we as the consumer just screwed no matter if it's in writting or not.

I'm a young nursing student and couldn't afford the extra stuff I should not have had to pay for. Still waiting from their resoluation department to get back to me with what they are going to do. However have read several complaints online and it didn't work for anyone else. Wish me luck!
