Minnie of Houston writes:
They sold my mother a power wheelchair by using my mother's Medicare. They did not demonstrate how to use the wheelchair. My mother called them complaining about the device that is used to adjust the speed of the wheelchair because the wheelchair moves real fast and does not slow down but the owner never returned her phone call.

A week later I called the owner complaining about the same problem and the owner said said he will be at my mother's home Saturday at 1 pm but he never came. The problem with the chair is the speed control knob. It won't go slow, only fast. It is a dangerous situation when a disabled person tries to operate it.
