I ordered online with totalpetsupply.com on Sept. 12th the presription medication for my dog. Still havne't received anything. My dog is in need of his meds... talked to somebody on the phone. excuses... excuses. telling me that they didn't get my fax with the prescription. have the fax report right here. telling me they will rush the order...whatever. NEVER AGAIN!!!! and of course they money was taken out my account 2 min after I made the purchase.

http://www.totalpetsupply.com/ advertise 125% price match guarantee. They do not honor it. I argued with two of their reps and finally with a supervisor, and they simply don't know what a 125% price match guarantee means.

They sell Frontline Plus for cats for 57.99. http://www.joespetmeds.com sells the same product for 39.95. They finished with selling me the product for 35.44 This is not a correct calculation of 125% price match guarantee. My calculations show: 57.99 - 39.95 = 18.04 then it should be 25% of 39.95 = 9.98 so.. #39.95 - 9.98 = 29.97 NOT 35.44 What they do is take 25% of the difference in the two prices quotes and get 57.99 - 39.95 = 18.04 then they take 25% of that and come up with the 4.51 Take that away from 39.95 - 4.51 = 35.44 So they are not correctly calculating the 125% price match guarantee as clearly stated on their website.
