my wife used our debit card to charge 1 dollar on our bank account and we went over 33 cents. so the bank charged a 35 dollar fee to the account and five dollars a day there after. so know my 33 cents overdraft is now about 100 dollars in only 9 days.

i try to dispute it with them but they said they can do nothing and so i tried to close the account and they said that i can't close it unless i pay the fee. i have no money to pay that fee and i think its not fair to charge me close to 100 dollars for only 33 cents overdrawn. they said if i don't pay that fee its going to be sent to a collection agency on to my credit report.
