Rennae of Dagsboro, DE January 22, 2010 I was ripped off, I was offered services that I thought were offered by them and come to find out they did not offer any services, they wanted me to get another card. this was in September and Since the 27th I have waited for a refund. You can't just call and speak with a person you must wait for them to call you back. I nearly maxed out my credit card to pay thier fee. they didn't tell me that. BOGUS SCAM Laurie of Mt. Airy, GA January 13, 2010 Nick called me offering a balance transfer for 9%.He was a smooth talker and everything sounded sooo perfect. I asked him where the company stood with the bbb and he said they only had 12-16 complaints. After charging a fee for a lifetime servce of 439.00 i decided to check into things. Every where i looked on the internet people wer talking about how they had been scamed by this company. The very next morning i called to cancel i was promised that a supervisor would contact me in a matter of hours. The young lady assured me that i had a fiull 3 day money back policy. Three days later and after i made numerous calls back Deb the supervisor finally called me with all kinds of excuses. To make a long story short, she admited to me the company has a F rating and i would under no circumstance get any of my money back. I told her i would file a dispute and she said go right ahead, there is nothing your credit card company or the bbb can do because i have you on recording. Later another gentleman called me with what he thought was a return call and i asked him about the policy and he told me as a consumer that i have three days to cancel. The last laugh will be on them. BBB took over. Beware of Premeire Savings!!!!!!! Laura of Chino, CA January 8, 2010 I verbally agreed to sign up for a program that would assist me in paying off my debt at a lower interest rate. When I finally got a call from their rep I was told that I had to apply for more credit in order to get this type of assistance. Well I chose not to go with the program and they told me that they could not refund my 439 with this transaction happen less than 30 days. yvette of suitland, MD November 11, 2009 I received a call guaranteeing to lower my credit card interest rate. In order to start the program and receive help with reducing my credit card rate, I was asked to send 439 to get started. I was told my 439 would be refunded to me in a couple of days. When I called to say I hadn't received my refund, I was told I would not be getting a refund. Ellie of Turlock, CA October 26, 2009 I am a single, 61 year old who just got scammed by Premier Savings. I was told that for 439 they would loan me 4000 at 10% interest to pay off my Chase MC credit card which is 29.9%. I was never told that I could not cancel their services on DAY 4--when I tried because because I had just lost my job of 13 years--they told me I had to cancel by DAY 3. I had not received their information and contract until DAY 4. I worked with WAMU and they gave me a credit, but Chase Bank took them over and has given my money to Premier Savings. Chase blamed me for giving out my credit card and for not knowing they had a cancel date of DAY 3. After I lost my job I told them that I no longer qualified for a loan because I no longer had an employer or an income. I am heart broken that this company would not refund the monies they had taken from me even though I no longer qualify for their service. Very stressful for me as I suffer from severe asthma and bipolar. William of Hereford, TX November 15, 2008 Premier savings offered me a special promotion to get of debt and reducing my debt. I was informed threw the phone that they will reduce my annual percentage rates on my credit cards and save more money, well they took 436.00 on one of my cards with my authorization and they would help but they have done nothing and i call them for a 100% refund and they will not. The person i spoke to explain to me wrong but i did give them authorization to get the 436.00 from my card and they do have me on recording my phone call were i agree on the authorization of the 436.00 but i dont think they have the recording were the man explains to me on all the information on this program . They say that if 3 banks refuse to help me that they will refund me back only 40%. But i requested 100% refund and explain why but they refuse to. The man i spoke to was Charles Roark and he explained to me at a different manner and thats why i chose to be in this program and yes they have me recorded but they just let me listen to the authorization part were i agree to there terms and they have the authorization to collect the 436.00 dollars.
