Homekeepers USA

BeverlySmith of Chesapeake, VA October 2, 2009

Like the other complaints I was charged up front 1695.00 for their service which they did nothing. In April of this year I was told by this Barbara never gave last name that I needed to send some money to my mortgage company so that it would look good when they went to look at my file it would help in their decision about the modification, so, I trusted a believed in this person whom call me every week with an update on my file, we were always in review, we were told not to speak to our mortgage company I never thought that it would come to this . I send certified funds which I was tolded to send 7,000.00 dollars of the money that was being saved for the loan modification, My mortgage company never recieved it the check was dated 4-20-2009 and was cashed on 4-23-2009 according to my bank. I call cambpell law firm and Lisa who was working with my file will not return my call. I just need to get my money back. I have all my paper work from beginning to end, they have a 100% money back gaurantee if they are unable to get your loan mofifed.

Brenda of Louisville, MS April 23, 2009

I contacted them and spoke with Brad and he said that their business would help mefro going into foreclosure. The would contact FHA and get my payment pushed to back of my loan and I would start fresh on my payments!! The charged me 1200!! They kept calling me until I paid the money in full!! Once I paid the money in full the told me if FHA sent me anything for me to send it to them and that is what I did. I called them numerous of times and they said that the was working on it. And then I waited a month and called back asked for Brad they would say he was busy or he was not in. So I received a letter that my house will be put in the paper for foreclosure. So I called the and I talked to Lisa which was the ligitator and I sent her the letter I called back a couple days latter the told me to go to campbellsavemyhome.com to request for a refund. But I would not find anything. That website does not exist.

As many other complaintants these scumbags took my money and did absolutely nothing -but ruin my credit get me in foreclosure and a repayment plan I can not afford. I hope soon someone takes action, and helps those of us who were looking for a hand up not a hand out. And thanks to them my mortgage servicing company HomeEQ who is as dirty as they are, will do nothing to help. I am going to go to the DE Banking Commissioner to seek legal advice, I can not afford an attorney, but I sure wish one would read some of these complaints here and on the Rip Off website and do something. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission

I may lose my home unless I can come up with over twice what my old mortgage payment was, can not sign my child up for kindergarten since I am not sure where we will be living and my credit is unrepairable And if I did not have a child to worry about I would just have a nervous breakdown. Thanks alot

I paid for them to help get my loan remodified but their staff was incompetent and I almost was not able to work with the bank because the bank could not get in touch with homekeepers to get vital information about my loan. I have been requesting a refund since November 2008 and no one including the president will return or take my calls. They have a 100% guarantee. See their website: Your improvement and satisfaction is so important to us that we will refund 100% of your money if our mission is not accomplishedno questions asked!

The day my house was supposed to be foreclosed and sold, I called the NC Commissioner of Banks and they were able to stop the foreclosure until my loan could be reviewed properly by my mortgage company.

I lost 900 to home keepers and could have lost my home because of their lack of efficient staff. They will not call me or take my calls. I just want them to return my money. Even the attorney general of nc sent them a letter because the company was doing illegal activities by accepting money from nc residents before completing the service and they still have not refunded my money or contacted me.

In July 2008, we formed an agreement with this company. The agreement was that they would negotiate a Loan Modification that was all we wanted. We supplied them with everything they requested. They received payment up front. Then nothing, we were moved from one person to another, to another, to another. Now we are requesting our money back for failure to meet our minimum criteria. Now they don't return our calls, their voice mails are full or the person who answers doesn't know who your talking about. The fee was 2,000.00, and that's what we are asking for.

We werer tolkd by them that if we were current on our mortgage, they could not negotiate; now were are a month behind and they still have done nothing. Plus now our credit rating is going down which will make it even harder to get credit.
