charlie of hendersonville, TN November 22, 2009 We applied for a course to course evaluation and paid the service fee 160 and shipping fee 14. Because we did not get degree in China, the China certification company (WES chosen: China Higher Education Student Information & Career Center, Box 6#, Beihang University, No.37 XueYuan Road, Haidian District, Beijing 100191 China. Email: kefu@chsi.com.cn. Tel: 010-82336099-202. Fax: 010-823338423. www.chsi.com.cn. )could not finish after 30 days and return to our application. Both of the companies have same mean behaviors: never answer your phone calls or e-mails. It is also very interesting for WES comapny, the phone call waiting time was increased from 6 minutes to 17 minutes or more until you hang up your phone call. If we care about our human rights, we shoudld request Government to invetigate WES's validation and service credibility. I also feel shame on some US colleges to choose WES and help WES to kill human rights in the United States. Why do not we see any detail information about WES such as manager or director's names, everybody will understand: they are not doing right things to people so they are afraid to let us know who they are. Please choose other services or apply for Colleges who doesn't use WES service, or require Colleges to receive your transcripts from your foreign colloge directlly. Carolina of Miami, FL October 21, 2009 I'm from Mexico (and I'm live in Hialeah, Fl) and looking for a legal advise of an agency in NY which provide services for an academic evaluation in my original country. I requested services to this company but so far I didn't receive any document from them, my academic docs were sent to them and they lost, the customer service disappointing, my health condition damaged(neurodermatitis allergies) because I wanted to have this evaluation as request by USCIS. I have to request to another academic agency and pay as extra service. I wanted to know if my case can be accept and present a law suit or my money back to this agency. This agency has not provide the service that I requested, now I starting to take the choice to starting a billing disputes with my bank for the payment that was already cleared last month. I have information that was submitted to them, USPS and FedEx deliveries, a delayed notifications from them, there is in fact a several bad experience with customer whit similar cases. As necessary I have to know if this demand is acceptable by myself or as collective demand The service was paid and so far any document report received from them (probable evidence), as physical condition a neurodermatitis relapse, finally I can lost to USCIS my pending case and the opportunity to continue in US under H1B visa for this defective negligence. Additional info is available, waiting your response Yuka of Sunnyside, NY September 8, 2009 I ordered course-by-course evaluation report in Sep 20, 1994 to World Education Services. They spelled my first name wrong back then, but my school accepted at that time. I need this evaluation report again and called them to change my wrong spelled name to my correct name; however, the customer service didn't want to change it since the document is too old even though my document is in their system. As the result, I need to pay for their service again, which I want to avoid because it costs 160. I would like them to change the name; that is all. Report Your Experience
