orders is the only address i have. i ordered and paid for a college graduation dvd from alliant university graduation may 2009, and never received the dvd. this can never be replaced. this was my only daughter's college graduation - the first person in our family to graduate college. we paid for this, and the company refuses to forward our copy.

I purchased a DVD for graduation on March 11, 2009, paid 37.88 with debit card. The graduation was in May 23, 2009 and the DVD was suppopse to be delivered in August of 2009. They emailed me saying it would be sent in September 09. I have made several calls and they only have a answering service no calls are return. I try emailing from the emails, I had received regarding the status and nothing. I try calling today and the number is busy. I just feel that is somet type of fraud scam to advertise something and the item was never received.
