Oak Tree CollectionsVista, CA |

Sharla of Oakland, CA July 21, 2009 Oak Tree Collections Inc, reps are highly unprofessional. Even though I contacted the company to which I owed money and they worked out a payment plan with me and asked oak tree to stop contacting me, oak tree continues to call me at all hours of the day harassing me with unprofessional slurs. They have called asking for my husband on my phone on several occasions and when I asked them to please stop calling me as I have already paid the debt to the lender and the issue has been resolved, they tell me things like "ma'am no need to get an attitude, I'm not your husband." i was so disgusted by their lack of professionalism I just hung up. They have called on other occasions while eating smacking in my ear. They have told me when I asked for information about the account that "You should know your the one who didn't pay your bills and that's why we call you." they have also said, "where do you think we got this information? do you think we pulled it out of our asses?" I do not wish to be harassed by such an immoral company any longer especially when the company they are so called representing has asked them not to contact me any longer. When I called the corporate offices of Equiant Financial (the original lender) they told me that oak tree was no longer representing me, so why then do they still call me with their rude incessant harassment?
