On February 25, 2004, Credigy Services Corp. made a fraud over charge for the amount of $5,962.27. Consumer has disputed this fraud over charge several times without any success. Instead of correcting the problem, Credigy Services has kept charging interest to the original amount due. Consumer's credit report has completely been ruined. Many letters have been written to different institutions without any positive outcome. What can be done to find a solution to this serious financial problem?
