I have the Platinum coverage which I purchased for $1500 from this company. I have contacted them several times, Every time after hearing my problem they reply it is not covered in your plan. At the time of purchase I was told platinum covers bumper to bumper! First they refused to fix the front axle because it is not covered under warranty. Second they refused front shocks, struts and coils saying that is not covered! Third I contacted them for the weather strip on my power sunroof needs to be replaced? The gentleman tells me that is not covered! The operator was rude and hung up on me. I have asked them several times to fax me a copy of the contract! They never do. I have already spent $600 on the front axle repair. Now my mechanic tells me it will be around $900 to replace the front shocks, coils and struts. The sunroof is going to cost me about $300. I have paid this company $1500 in AUG 2000. The dealership which sold me their policy is "Coconut Creek Mitsubishi" in Florida. Brian of Jacksonville FL (9/2/04):

They contacted US Warranty, which said they had to investigate. After they investigated, they said we did not maintain the truck and denied the claim. We have taken very good care of the truck and had all the oil changes done, which we have receipts for. I think it's really down and dirty for them to do this to us. We feel totally powerless against them and have no other choice than to pay this money out of our pockets. Debbie of Moultrie GA (9/23/03):
The warranty covered the AC clutch but would not cover the repair of the 2 fans. My complaint is that they will cover manual switches such as the power window and door controls that I can abuse but they will not cover something that I have no control over and it is an electrical problem. I know have to trade in or sell this vehicle because I'm not going to put another $1000.00 into a vehicle that I just purchased on something that I feel should be covered under warranty. Without the fans working properly, it can cause many other major problems to the engine. Report Your Experience
